My Music
![]()
It's all about music... But on this page you will find information only about my personal projects. If you are interested in music involving other people please refer to the Bands page (Bands I used to play with or I still play with). You can also check the No One Came Band page for other compositions.

About My Music
It's quite difficult to describe the music I play. Listen to it and please tell me (guillaume.jeulin[at]bluecatonline.org) what you think :-)..
In a few words, it's instrumental music (sorry but I just can't sing and anyway that's not what I am interested in), a mix of heavy-rock, Jazz, Funk and Blues. All tracks sound different to my ears, so don't hesitate to listen to everything, there might be one you like despite others.
All music available here is written and recorded on my own at home. I play all guitars, bass, most keyboards (on very old material some tracks are played by the computer, the music written with the mouse in a sequencer).. If you are interested in knowing where it all comes from, have a look at the Musicians I listen to.
... Enjoy !
Latest Stuff
I am still working on my next demo, but it's incredibly long... And it should be even longer now that I try to play all instruments on the recordings : I got rid of MIDI Drum tracks, and decided to try to play them by myself. Maybe you'll have to wait for a millennium before my songs are finished... I am also more and more busy with the No One Came Project, so I don't have much time left.
The following recordings still use MIDI Drum tracks that I have written with the mouse. When I have time I'll replace them by real Drums ones. I hope that I'll have enough material one day for a new CD... Just click on the sound title to download the mp3 file.
- Club (2002-...) : unfinished song. The main theme was composed on the keyboard with an old Fender Rhodes sound. The main guitar is just an improvisation and should be re-recorded when the song is finished.
- Lafayette (2001) : the title was inspired by "The Lafayette Afro Rock Band", because the main theme made me think about this band in the beginning. The result is in fact very far away from it but I kept the name. It is still a blues-funky style song anyway.
- The Third Musician (2000-2001) : a heavy-rock style song quite different from others. No Harmonizer here, just two guitars playing the melody.
- Chaos & Creation (1998) : this was recorded for my brother who needed a music to illustrate a work about 'Chaos and Creation'. I chose a Gothic Organ and Heavy Whammy Guitar for Chaos :-). As I did not have much time for that (2 days) it is not very elaborate and many tracks are improvisation first takes and not very good.
My First Demo : Blue Cat (1998)
This was recorded in 1997-1998 (Waow, that's quite a while, isn't it?) in my flat with almost nothing... Sound and style are not that great, but anyway there are songs I still like today. Maybe I should try to re-record them when I have time. Most songs were already old at that time (written between 1995 and 1997), but it was impossible to record them properly before (see "Old Tapes" below :-) ).
This is the funny part! You wanna have fun? Here are the first tapes I have recorded on my own.. I cannot even tell how old I was :-)...There are quite old tapes extracts too on the Bands page, check it out!
